Gymnastics Curriculum
Gymnastics - (3yrs-up) Increases strength, flexibility, agility, muscular endurance, balance, and sense of rhythm. Improved body awareness will have positive affect on school work and sports. Involves locomotor skills and quick thinking.
Competitive Teams - Girls Pre-Team and Competition Team available. Ages 6 - up. Includes emphasis on strength conditioning, flexibility, and skill development. Call to get more information or schedule an evaluation.
Mommy & Me - (18mths-3yrs) Adult guides their toddler through beginning gymnastics skills and movement.
Tumbling - Concentration on standing and running skills on floor, trampoline, and tumble track - Geared towards those interested in cheer tumbling or dance acro skills.
