Gymnastics Curriculum

Gymnastics - (3yrs-up) Increases strength, flexibility, agility, muscular endurance, balance, and sense of rhythm.  Improved body awareness will have positive affect on school work and sports.  Involves locomotor skills and quick thinking.

Competitive Teams - (5yrs-up) Boys/Girls (Invitation Only) Ability-Attitude-Desire... is considered.

Cheerleading - (6yrs-up) Concentration on cheers, jumps, stunts, tumbling, motion technique and cheer dance.

Mom/Tot - (18mths-3yrs) Adult guides their toddler through beginning gymnastics skills and movement.
